Mystery US "Eject Missile" needs ID.

My first Posting as a new member. Please excuse my "Standard" weights & measures, I never really learned the Metric system and I'm definitely the Old Dog that can't learn new tricks. This beautiful deep blue and very large item is definitely a fired, expended residue "Eject Missile" of some sort. It was accidently gathered up with other range residue at a US Army tank & artillery range in the mid 1980's. While still on active duty I "ran" the nomenclature numbers (pre computer) and "eject missile" was the only ID I could gather at the time. It was kept on display for decades at a Heavy Weapons Anti-Armor Infantry Battalion (TLAT) Tube Launched Anti Tank unit and puzzled everyone. We fielded TOW II (Tube launched, Optically tracked, Wire guided missiles but this was NOT one of our items. I suspect it to be from a US M1 Main Battle Tank outfit but I'm not certain. The long blue forward body appears to be solid heavy aluminum. The rear chamber is empty and obviously fired, probably stainless steel. The total length is 42 & 3/4 inches. The total weight is 23 pounds. Many photos attached, I hope I'm not sending too many? Item is on hand for any specific additional photo requests. Thanks in advance for any help.MVC-001F.jpgMVC-003F.jpgMVC-004F.jpgMVC-005F.JPGMVC-006F.JPGMVC-007F.JPGMVC-008F.JPGMVC-009F.JPGMVC-010F.JPGMVC-011F.JPG

It is an ejection dummy for a Stinger missile. The ejection cart would throw this out in place of a missile for training. We used to see them all the time at Ft. Bliss, the center for air defense.
