Came in a batch this morning,i could do with knowing what it is please Gents? :)

The case is split on the backside but will repair.I shall leave it up to the next owner..

I think it's a M508 Fuze, that was used for training (ex) purposes.



"The M508 fuze, used on M360 105-mm GB cartridges, is a point detonating fuze"

It looks like a point detonating mortar fuze - much too small to be the M508 suggested. Trevor

It does differ slightly from the drawing in post#2. Mine doesnt have that 'band' with the stencils on.

Thread size ?

Waff's Fuze also has a much coarser thread than the 2 inch 12 TPI of the 508 Fuze.

Could this be a Mortar Fuze ?
