Although I have been a member on this forum for some time, I only became active recently. I really do not know why I did not visit the forum more often, since it is very active and educational.

I have two main interests for my collection:
- WW2 shell cases > .50 caliber (projectiles only limited)
- Hotchkiss and related

Hereby some pictures with the main part of my collection. Only my trading stuff and living room TV companions (2 x 17 cm WW2, 2 x 15 cm K16 and 2 x 10 cm K04) are lacking.

Picture 1 (left to right, top to bottom): Dutch, Japanese, French, Russian, Italian, Swiss, Romania, Norway, Poland, Finland, some large stuff, Belgium, Chech, Hungary, Sweden.

Picture 2: German

Picture 3: USA, Canada and UK

Picture 4: 37 mm Hotchkiss

really nice load of cases there mate and nicely displayed.
Have you ever thought of getting the projectiles for them too?

thanks for sharing:tinysmile_shy_t:

Thanks!

I still have some projectiles but I've been trading them away. The reason(s)?

- WW2 shell cases (all countries) is already a huge job
- I am (really) afraid my house can not take the weight (2nd floor) :tinysmile_hmm_t:

Very nice collection Hoeksel and so well organised I must get around to building some more shelves sometime!
Thanks for showing them.
Dave.

very nice collection whats the large case in the 2nd picture to the right of the table on the floor

regards lee

Hi Lee,

The big one is a German made 24 cm L/40 from 1906, Karlsruhe export for the Netherlands.

Very nice collection of cases, but I still see a lot of empty space, so you already know what you have to do. :nerd:

You have a true collectors spirit !!!! I like it.....

Kees, for men blood always goes where it should not

Hoeksel,

When i look at the first picture, your shelfs might going to loose the battle with Gravity.:tinysmile_hmm_t:

Kees,

Do not under-estimate the power of IKEA !

Well, maybe you are right and that is why I stopped collecting projectiles :tinysmile_cry_t2:
