Mine A.T. Mk V H.C. with unknown spider

Hello,

Found this pictures of a Mine Anti tank Mk V H.C. on the internet.

The top of the mine is not smooth but ribbed and the spider is complete otherwise.
Also the markings on the bottom are embossed instead of painted.

Also the question is wat factory code is this?
