Military Timing Fuze

This timing fuze was recovered in an empty house about two years ago. We have been unable too identify it. Remarks on manufacturing, system has seals in place thus could be used underwater, the colour is the same as used by Israel or USA.

There is no markings, dates or references. The only ones are the 1 to 10.
