M24 Wooden box

Have been meaning to post this lill beauty I picked up at Ciney last April,, but not really had much time latlely ( been a tad laid up ) hopefully will be about
a bit more soon, any- way,, here it is,, complete and a real mint label and another find while there.

will post more goodies when i get time,,

That is a very nice find! I've always seen the metal cases, never a wood chest like that...and in such beautiful condition!

Thanks Mikhail, the wooden boxes are very hard to find as all wood was used to keep the fires going after the war ,or rotted away.

Here are some I prepared earlier , I will post some better picc's later.
