A quick shot of the fuze-wall before the pictures come down to make more shelves!
There are more fuzes either side and beneath the picture,so its time to something about my favourite collectible.
I was thinking of mounting more shelves and displaying each fuze stood up using a transport plug?
Have previously thought of perspex holders to show the fuzes but that idea turned out to be both expensive and a ballache...

Hopefully i get round to finishing this side of the room quicker than ive threatened to decorate the rest of the house...:tinysmile_fatgrin_t

From the photo I can see why you need the extra shelving!! Great collection you have there Waff.

Dont forget to do an extra shelf or two......I'm sure you will be adding to them before too long!!

regards Kev

Cheers lads,

Will prolly only add a couple more shelves as it really is a small room,im amazed how the hell ive packed so much in!

Opposite are all the heavy rounds, but being the outer wall they will have to stay there. Im kinda hoping to create a shelf for a small V1 dispaly and one to put the SD-2's on or hang them up from the ceiling? Some of the FLak packing boxes and larger crates may soon be sold or confined to the loft.
I bought a shed load of those bakelite transport caps,so thats a goer for the fuzes.

I love to see that so many people have the same problem than me: SPACE. :xd:

You aint kidding Mig!

Lord knows where im going to put the SD-70 and the 2x SC-50 bombs im having restored!
I already have 2 x 15.2cm projectiles at the side of the fireplace.,no way they were going upstairs with their weight.

Blimey Waff, there's a few pints worth there matey !
A most impressive collection and I had no idea you have so many-thanks for showing us them all.

Paul, your room collection is your bedroom?

Dear God no Mig!
Its a third bedroom, morelike a boxroom. I wouldnt like to put a bed in there.Would prob feel like a bloody prison cell!
I have a dehumidifier tray of crystals and keep blind down at all times. I notice the shells on my fireplace soon pick up a slight rust coating now and again so i have to keep those clean.
To me,you really shouldnt keep items in the living room(or bedroom) due to dust(or nicotine),condensation etc..
