Gents,
The item in the attachment is a Japanese (Could be German supplied) devise for exploding Sea mines it was streamed between 2 ships on a cable and when it caught on to a seamine it was detonated, the one in the picture was made safe in 1967 and we passed on to the Penang State Museam (Part of my collection) the other attachment shows our rather hit & miss method of getting shot of the 88 powder fill, but we were drinking "Tiger"
Please can some body find it's correct name & if possible marking, These I will send to the museum for them to up date. I also have more pictures of items donated to the museum by us that require marking & info.
