Igniter : Glhznder 28 ?

Hi all,
I have this igniter (there is nothing inside, it's just a tube) :



It seems to be a Glhznder 28 as same as this one on this link (same diameters and length) :

Can you confirm that it's the same igniter or it can be other thing ?

Do you know what was the use (mines...) ?
And do know what NSF-N mean ?
