Identification of Sea Mine

Hello everybody I think this will be a hard one to identify because I don't have any pictures or drawings.

Before the coast of Albanie we found a sea mine completly stucked in the rocks.

Diameter 86 cm, it seems that two halves are welded together, it has five horns, between the horns there's a plate that says

Vickers Terni
Spezia
95/C

All I found out is that there was a factory called Vickers Terni in Spezia Italy founded in 1905 (many moons ago)

So I hope there are any underwater specialists among use.

Thats a hard one to identify you say there were 5 horns on the top half was there a horn on the very top?
On the bottom half were there any spikes (switches)

Difficult with your discription.

5 horns: witch horns? I suppose hertz horns?
Placing of the horns? On top?Side?Under?
Top plate?Under plate?
95/C means 1895 construction what would surprise me for a vickers mine having horns.
86 cm diameter:Looks like Italian measurement for mines.
Two hemispheres welded together or is it a pear shape?
Any other special things you can see?

Sorry guys, this is all I had for information. Had a phone call from Albania from our Navy divers.
Tuesday I will call them back maybe they can make a drawing.
The mine was a round one.

If you could find out what position the horn were in Ie one on the top and the others spaced evenly around the top half . was there anything on the bottom half either switches or Horns ? would be a help .
