ID projectile used in the Spanish Civil War

Danish/Finnish

Going out on a limb here, but I would say that shell is definately not English produced due to the method of securing the driving band, I would say that the stampings on the base look a little like the stamps you find on Danish or Finnish made shell.
Also the shape makes me think it may well be a "Shrapnel" shell.

What Chris said about it looking like an English shell made sense then as before WW1 there was alot of co-operationg between the UK and Italy with ordnance.
 
but this shrapnell was introduced with the italian 75 mm Krupp field gun and is a direct license production of the 75 mm Krupp shrapnell. But yes, in other calibers Italy bought many guns from the UK, mostly naval...
 
The guy is from Spain, and as far as I know in the SCW Danish or Finnish shells were not used. I bet this shell is 100% battlefield find. So Im with Alpini.

year 1934 it's right. 5 it's the lot.

I don't know what OTM means. but I suppose, could it be a sub contractor that made the shell.
