Just come across this and would be grateful of any help on an ID. Have suspitions using generic catagorying methods but need an informed opinion please guys.

After having the chance to access other references. It's suggested the projectile is 6 pound 10 cwt Shot Practice Round. Made of either steel or cast iron, filled to a weight of 6lb 4oz 8dr Written on side of shell. The protrusion at the base houses Mk IV No I tracer approx 100 grains tracer compound.
