Yes,im afraid ive had lots of trouble with parcelforce over the last couple of years too.
Usually playing football with packages with `fragile` on them.
If there was a decent alternative out there then i would use them.

Possibly,edont worry about it mate ,its the bloody post service that has riled me,theyre a bunch of lazy gits ,ive gone to collect parcels before to be told there was another one been waiting for me (registerd to be signed for)that they havnt even tried to deliver as they knew i would be coming to collect the other one sometime,what if it had been something urgent
