I'm trying to find Photo's of the German Rohrladung Stahl 3kg known as the German Bangalore torpedo?

Matt.

Found only this single one:

Rohrladung 3kg.jpg Even though a pre-war development, I've never seen any other picture of this seemingly very rare bird.

There is no scale, but the charge/pipe was 1m long with a diameter of only 5cm, containing 3kg FP 02 and forward sealed with a wooden clot.

cant remember where got this from was on the internet somewhere

This was introduced to replace the often selfmade "Gestreckte Ladungen" It was delivered in a wooden crate with 12 tubes. The tubes could be connected by a bayonet system.

The manual mentioned about an bigger introduced system, using 1,5 Meter long tubes with 6 Kg explosive each.
