Hey guys,

at the moment i am looking into facts about the german DM31 ap mine.
dm31.jpg
See: http://www.lexpev.nl/minesandcharges/europe/germany/dm31.html
It was produced for the german Bundeswehr between 1962-1967.
Was it originally delivered with the DM19 fuze?
Does anybody have further information on this fuze? Even Cross-section drawings?
See: http://www.lexpev.nl/fuzesandigniters/germany/dm19.html

Later the fuze became DM56 and than DM56A1B1 (small safety changes) http://www.lexpev.nl/fuzesandigniters/germany/dm56.html

Other nations used that mine as well.
- Denmark as M/66 (produced in germany due to lot "IWK" = Industriewerke Karlsruhe)

- Sweden as Truppmina 11 (Was it produced under licence?)

I am not sure about UK and France? Does anybody know more? I have seen pictures on specialist auctions declaring a training version of that mine as british.

I am happy about every information you have.

Thanks a lot and best regards

As far as I know, the mine has been tested also with the fuze DM29 (firing 3 tripwires). The complete set (mine DM31 & fuze DM29) was named DM41.
