G36 I wooden crate marking

Hi. Wooden case for No36M. I need to identify the yellow marking that says SPECIAL and the rest is incomprehensible. EMU what does it mean? Thanks for the help

The first three words in yellow are Special Packing Authority.

EMU - Emergency Use, refers to old stocks of igniters in Service prior to August 1943, 100% examined and repacked in "EMU"-marked cylinders. Authorised for practice use at home, but not for issue overseas unless specially approved by the War Office.
