Does anyone have a picture of a G115 With markings? Also looking for a picture of a G114, if there are any out there.

The G114 and G115 were part of the jungle pack designed at the end of WW2 but have a feeling they saw limited service as the grenades (No 85) were withdrawn from service in 1946.

Any pictures of the above boxes in use would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Thanks for that LCPL, funnily enough I thought the G115 was the outer, not the G114 ,unless of course the G114 is the inner container and the G115 takes three of them!!

The quest continues....

The G114 looks like the bigger brother of the H51!
I've looked for information on the "Jungle Pack" but I havn't found a definitive document yet.

Hi Clive,

If you think the G114 is the big brother of the H51 then the Grandfaether is the H115 ,but then again if the H50/51 combo is anything to go by the G115 could well be a big steel box! Do you (or anyone else out there) have a picture of the inside of a G114? I have one that has two pieces of corrugated steel riveted to the inside of the base that look original but who knows. They appear to provide a sprung base for the tubes to sit on.

Cheers
