Fuzes for id please

can anyone please identify any of the following fuzes; firstly an aluminium time fuze with the time ring marked to 58. It appears German, has probably a Whitworth thread system and is stamped S.R.2* 38 (where I have put asterisk, it’s actually a very small ‘o’)
next another aluminium fuze with plastic transit plug? Marked 0-40-MC over a diamond with SA triangle in it.
The 3rd item is modern and marked TB 76 Mod 1 NSD
9. TH. CSF 77
next, a base fuze with markings on the rusted bit which include A C

And finally a very small fuze cover only 23mm tall and 22mm diameter - what did it come from?

any suggestions would be appreciated

1 : Italian M906 (T&P fuze).
2 : Italian IO Mod40 MC (percussion fuze for medium caliber) with transit cap.
3 : Italian Navy fuze TB76 MOD1 (proximity fuze) for 76mm.
4 : transit cap for czech fuzes (flat top so for type "C" percussion system used on different fuzes).
5 : US base fuze M62 (75 and 105mm HEAT).
