Hello,
Unfortunately there are no pictures or drawings of the No. 106E Mk III in my book (An Illustrated Technical Guide to British WW1 Fuzes), but there is a drawing of a No. 106 Mk II and a photo of a sectioned No. 106 Mk IIAD. If you have access to 'Lists of Changes', number 23683 has a description of the modification changes to produce a No. 106E Mk III, together with a list of 'R.L.' drawing numbers. I can post a copy of the 23683 if this would help. Depotman.
