Fuze ID please

Can anyone ID this fuze for me - nationality, age, use? Can be set at O or V positions so initial thought was German or Dutch, but I cannot find a projectile that will fit the threads.

Sorry, 8cm high, 4.75cm wide with threads at around 4cm.
