So here is an other one we can not identify, found in Laos.
Probaly a kind of submunition ???
Hope one of you can.

While the body looks similar to a number of submunitions, many parts just don't fit. Looking at the bits on the first photo I would guess that it is instead a component piece, either for an aircraft or perhaps a missile? Check with MTM and see if any of his early Soviet SAM pieces have an accumulator bottle or similar item (fin controls, etc) that look familiar. If it is a sub then it is not like anything I've got or seen, US or foreign.
 
I agree with US-Subs, looks like a pressurized gas tank as used in aircraft, missiles or other ordnance items.
