Fin Stabilisation Unit...?

Hi All,
This was given to me a while ago. Not really my thing a bit to modern. Does anyone know from which round this comes.
It is 11" long and the screw thread is 3.5" across.
There are the following stamped on the body LOT 3-83 FIN NR 5301 A1

Looks like a tail unit of the american 106mm recoiles rifle HEAT round M-344. The fins are slightly diferent but as yours has the marking NR 5301, I presume it is the belgium made one

Thanks blu97, it looks to be rather simmilar to that i looked through my copy of Janes but could not find a good match. Will look at it again.
