Delay pencil LS-1

I just came across this LS-1 time delay by Arms Tech Ltd..

http://www.armstechltd.com/products.php?id=ordnance

Is there any info on the fuze and what principle it is working on? As they claim it to be non chemical and having no or little time variation we should exclude the lead shear wire system too.
So is it electronic?

Also note their "field loadable" claymore clone and the EFPs.

If I would not having see this in the internet and elsewhere instead I would have thought of typical CIA gear.
