Hello everyone

Recently found this British piece in the ground. At least 180 years old.
Action was seen in the paddock it was found in 1864.
British were definitely firing armstrong rounds into this paddock which in 1864 was fortified.

its to be made of steel (gun metal?), painted green and very little paint peeled off after 180 years in the ground. Diameter size 26.5mm.
Stamped 'I broad arrow A' unsure what this stands for.
inside the center hole tappers.
