The man in the photo #8 is Joe Frangiosa from San Diego, a very prolific model maker. I have a couple of shots of him actually making the Lab to be brought to Florida for celebration. Naval Undersea Museum near Bremerton has SeaLab II. Joe, make a model of that one too

In all my life, I was unaware of this. How incredibly cool. Your model is off the charts well done. What kind of research was done with the, Sea Lab. How deep could it go? So fascinating.

According to Wikipedia, SEALAB II was rebuilt as SEALAB III which was later scrapped.
