Hi Lwin84,

I can't really tell what it is, but it's French for sure:

SAE stands for the manufacturer: Societe d'Armements et d’Etudes ALSETEX, Paris

PN in a circle is the composition: Poudre Noir (Black Powder)

With the cords and connectors, might be some some of pyrotechnic or destruction device. black powder makes me suspect the first guess.

Looks much like a simulator, recall also having seen the plug system somewhere but can' find it. Maybe a tank gun fire simulator.

Hi All

It is a French exercise marking cartridge for anti tank mine, a picture of the complete item

this is how I received it, not sure how it works, but I do have a spare cap (the green bit in the middle )

Sorry I don't, only what I have listed above, I will ask the person I got it from if they know, but I don't think hold out much hope.

Now I wonder which type of AT mine needs such a huge charge or where it will fit if so.

Richard, I missed that manual on Lexpev's site. Thanks a lot for poiting it out now!!!

Not a problem, despite not being able to understand any of the written text, the manual did answer a few questions I had as well. am I glad they put in lots of diagram's.
