Can anyone ID this WW2 nose cone on SA?

I aint no expert,but it looks awfully like a 199 British ww2 fuze to me...yeah,i know its not my usual subject.

Or did you just happened to read the description: :tinysmile_twink_t2:

"A brass and Alloy Shell nose cone. The shell has been mounnted on a wooden base. Brass part is stamper No 199IV FH10/39 and around the other side RL 12/39 992"

199 fuze, typically as used on 3.7 inch heavy anti-aircraft artillery shells. There would be a number of images on this forum of both the fuze and the complete round if you searched.
 
think you've all miss identified it. It is PART of a 199. It also looks blown out of being a true cone so think its fired.
