Base fuzes KTMF and KTMB

To all the technicians members of BOCN, Voff is an Estonian EOD Technician, he still has to follow the procedure to become "ordnance approved", but I can assure you that he is entitled to receive the information he requests.

КТМФ uses in Naval artillery. Shell - Navy HE (self-armorpiercing). KTMF has the same conctruction and fuction as KTD.
