Hi, I rotated one of your pictures to the correct angle to make it better readable. It's a french naval case. "T.C. 37" which means "Tube Cannon 37 mm". It's a sub-caliber barrel which was inserted into larger naval guns for cheaper firing practise. It's made in 1914.

The "Mx" usually stands for the City Issy-Les-Moulineaux where SFM was located. But I don't know what the abbreviation "Cin" means. I hope the french members will tell us.
