A small display.

As you can see I truly only have a small collection.

Left to Right:

7.7cm 1917 by Friedrich Niemeyer (FN in a circle)
7.7cm 1918 by Friedrich Niemeyer (FN in a circle)
7.5cm 1938 by Fabrique Nationale (FN)
C47 1938 by Fabrique Nationale (FN)
18 pdr 1915 by Copp Store Company (S within concentric circle)
25 pdr 1938 by Royal Laboratory (RLB)

There are approx 6-7 small 50 cal shells not researched these as yet.

Thanks for looking.

Regards
Haydn.

"There are No Small Collections"

I had 12 things on a couch once, that was my collection - some time later it filled two rooms. This stuff breeds----- :xd:

nice display

Hi Haydn, I like your shell display, heck less than a year ago I sold off my whole collection (kept 5 favorites) and in a short time have built it up, not to where it was but it will be someday. Cheers. Dano

Hello Hadyn,

I too started with a collection like yours and over time it grew to what it is today (slightly out of control!). Congradulations and good luck on your collecting!

Regards,
Alan

Amazing display, which of course, leads to the question:
How in the heck are you keeping the brass looking like that!?!
What polish/technique?
I've got a dozen 105mm "Blank" rounds that are pretty corroded that I need to make pretty for some gifts. (The "Blanks" are the charge fired every morning at reveille on my post- need to make a few presentation pieces before my next trip overseas)
Would love to know how you got those like that!
