Hi Sead,
I think you should must look in the direction of the austrian fuze D.Z.M.93a (WW I) for 9 cm Schrappnel. I known, your is for 8 cm, but VERY similar !

yes I have several diagrams, they are not that rare

It was austrian standard from 1875-1880...

the newer picture from Lankmayr 1885 interestingly shows the first type of M.75 fuze with zinc time ring, same system as on the M.63 time fuzes. Second picture from Sauer 1878 shows the newer type with brass time ring like from Al Saad. The new and old type have the same size only the time ring is different, the drawings are not very exact...
