40mm grenade

Sorry for the bad quality guys.

I know this is a 40mm grenade. The yellow part is like strong foam and has dimples like a golf ball. The green part is transparent. The fuze on the bottom said something about "9mm". The first line of text was "sir 40x46mm".
This was a light-weight!


Any info (manufacturer, purpose, ...) is welcome!
