It looks like it, but it is not the same, caliber is also not that big
Hmmm, interesting... How about the US / American version of the Bulldog in .44 calibre?
With all that rust, are you sure it's a .38 and not a larger calibre?

barell lenght is 3.5cm, barell diameter 6 or 7mm

Nothing yet, but probalby will go to the EOD to get it destroyed, as it has live rounds in it.
