Ben I used to own a beautiful mint condition drill round for one of these, it got swapped out of the collection years ago though.
Its a super rare case you have there.
Attached some info.
It was designed in the 1930's and produced by Vickers and intended to be fitted to some medium tanks to enable the tank gunners to provide effective close infantry support both by direct fire and by lobbing the shell into well emplaced gun positions.
It was low velocity 620 fps short range 2000 yds.
The rounds were fixed 94 x 104 rounds. The standard HE/T roun weighed 15lb and the smoke round 15lb5oz.
Both shells were fitted with the 106E fuze and could be fired at a rate of 18 rounds per minute.
3 marks of case were produced differing only in the type of propellant used.
