25pr Makers mark

Hi, I have an ashtray made from a 25pr case and would like any information anyone can give me on the maker.

markings are

25pr, Mk2/1, 1972, OFA, WI also has Lot 468D and M14.

The primer markings are Mk 4/1 IG, CO 2/73, 21EKF4/73Q
