23x152 dummy round

Hello guys,
during a clearing operation of one of Czech AFB we have found this round, but I cannot identify it:tinysmile_cry_t3:. It is most probably 23x152 round (according measurement) and it is definitely dummy round. The projectile is from solid steel without a fuze (but its hard to recognize due to rust). I have found that guns VJu-23 and ZU-23 use this type of round but the projectile itself has different feature that Id expected for soviet projo. The case has the similar feature such as 23x152, especially the bottom of the case with the rim above the groove. Material of the case is probably steel. Can anybody help me to identify it? Thanks a lot.

That is a Russian (with very little to no room for other nationalities) 23x152B ZU-23 dummy. Your Id is basically correct.

I dont have this anymore ,but is it the same type of round ?

Thank all of you guys I appreciate your help. Basically Id agree with you that it is 23x152B due to the case, but to my mind the projo itself looks differentlly than on your pictures. It looks like form one piece of metal, without a groove and the tip of the projo is more sharper. Nevertheless thank you a lot one more.

In my understanding there is one dummy for all ammo types.
I believe yours is the OFZ dummy shown by Spotter.
