20x128 identification

Someone would know identify these two cartridges of Swiss 20x128?

The top one is a target-practice tracer, which I think has a small bursting charge to indicate the hit point. Not sure about the other one - I have a similar one, except with a yellow band, but mine is stamped "INERTE MODELL".
