20mm sub cal belgian

Hello,

I've got this case+projectile: 20x93SR, electricaly primed, it's marked just above the rim: TP-T-20/90, M649, LOT1 MCR-90. So it's made by mecar in 1990, and i believe it's a 20mm sub calibre for a 90mm gun?
I think the projectile misses a plastic sabot?

Any info/drawings/use on this one is welcome!
