1st WW Italian Grenade Allways Fuze

Hi All.
Can anyone identify this early italian always fuze and what grenade it fitted? It still has the remenants of the tape wound around it.
It is similar to the fuze used on the P.O. grenade (see pic) but this one is thin cast iron instead of alloy.
