Ordnance approved
I only have the photo's of this item. Can't get a positive ID but maybe a member of BOCN can.

Length aprox 30 cm
Diameter aprox 15 cm

Some sort of pull ring at the bottom and on the plate I think it says H M L P A and 1939.

The last photo is of an item that looks like it.
