120mm Challenger Squash Head Practice Round.

Heres another round in my collection. This one is a 120mm Squash Head Practice round. Took some pestering to get this one as it was not originally for sale but a display item in the Surplus and Adventure store at Inkberrow. Id been several times and asked how much it was and was told its not for sale but undettered i asked again and the guy said if i wanted it it would have to be 50 so eventually got my hands on it. Surplus n Adventure!

Meant to say Dave that theyve got a really nice complete inert 105-mm howitzer shell with brass case in its original wooden crate in one of the changing rooms. I did ask about it, but got the reply i used to get when asking about the 120mm-"oh thats not for sale mate"! Though things may be different now and its allways worth keep asking! Regards, Tim.

Yes was surprised to find a complete mint cond 105mm artillery practice round in its wooden crate in the changing rooms! I was niggled that the guy wouldnt sell yet had it hidden away like that. Think you have keep asking and im sure if you went there and waved 100 cash at the guy hed probably let it go-just gotta be there at right time! Regards, Tim.
