Request detail files about it. I wonder whether I can reset it or not if I pull the safety off. It's like a clock inside.

Here is the cutaway:
That's good cutaway. I now know that the needle in the center is the 'firing pin' to the detonator. It's been held back by something (maybe those 2 balls?). And I still havent seen the releasing mechanism. Anyway, it's good to know that the detonator has been removed and the fuze is now totally safe to play with.
