    Projectile - Yokosuka Naval Arsenal June 1943. 8 cm (76.2 mm) Ordinary Mk. 3 Mod.1 H.E. Weight stamped on the drive band - 4.845 kg. Fuze - Army Type 89 Powder Time. A rare example of inter use of ordnance between the two services.

    Japanese Navy 76.2 mm H.E. A.A Round as used in the Type 3 Year 8cm/40 Dual Purpose Gun and the Type 88 8cm/40 Dual Purpose Gun. Case was made by the Kure Naval Arsenal in October 1938. Projectile - Navy 76.2 mm Mark 3 Modification 1 HE.
