I have one of these with the case attached, but the case is not indented to the projectile.The projectile has a single heavy indented marking which looks very much like an M with a crown on top.The base of the case is marked PATRONENFABRIK KARLSRUHRE 1915. It has two inspection stamps, as well as 119A.
